Refunds depend on how many days before check-in you cancel. Your confirmation shows the exact dates for your stay.
Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before check-in
- 50% refund if you cancel 7–29 days before check-in
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in
How to cancel
- Message the owner with your confirmation number. The owner approves and issues any refund.
Payments go directly to the owner, so refunds come from the owner too.
